Caring for people infected or at risk of COVID-19 has massively increased the intensity of our daily lives. Work is riskier, many of us are doing double duty as our children's substitute teacher, and sometimes even getting groceries is stressful.
Coaching helps people:
- find new techniques to address their biggest challenges
- tap into inner resources when they feel the most scarce
- move more quickly into a new head-space, when what you are doing isn't working
We have a staff of professional and volunteer coaches, who are ready to listen. Or cheer you on, problem solve, vent, cry or laugh with you.
You spend all day figuring out how to meet other people's needs. Take a break and let us be the one who listens and cares. Just for awhile.
All sessions are confidential, free and video conference-based (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc). You can do them from home, your phone, or work.
You probably have around you a group of people that you could lean on more. It could be your team, it could be other healthcare workers across the world.
We know how hard it can be to ask for help when you are busy, overwhelmed with demands, or exhausted.
